Booking Policy 

 

Life happens, and we understand that sometimes things don't go to plan. However, as a small business, we rely on having our clients turn up to their booked appointment.

When you book an appointment at any of the Blow Dry Bar salons, we set that time and stylist aside just for you.  If you cancel with late notice or do not show up at all, it impacts us significantly and inconveniences the many other clients that have been turned away because we were fully booked.

We require a minimum of 48 hours notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us time to fill that appointment time with another client.

We very much appreciate your support of our business, and we hope you understand and respect our booking and cancellation policy. By proceeding with booking an appointment, it is an acknowledgement of this cancellation policy.

All new clients will be required to leave a non-refundable booking fee to secure their appointment, which will be deducted from the cost of the actual appointment.

All bookings made online via our online booking portal will be required to pay a 15% booking deposit.  This is automatically calculated based on the services booked & is held on your account to be redeemed on the day of your appointment. Leaving your credit card details via the online portal is safe & secure & is not accessed by anyone in Blow Dry Bar. 

 

Any cancellation of your appointment with less than 48 hours will forfeit the booking deposit. This is at the discretion of the Salon Owner. Our salons run by appointment; therefore late arrivals of 15 minutes or more may be unable to be serviced, and if so, the cancellation policy will apply.

Please advise your Blow Dry Bar salon if you have to leave by a specific time. Appointments cancelled due to scheduling conflicts will incur the cancellation policy.

 

All no-show and late cancellation clients will be required to pay a deposit for all future appointments, and repeat offenders may be refused a future booking.

 

Booked services cannot be cancelled or changed on the arrival of appointment.

All clients will be sent a confirmation SMS 2 days prior to their appointment.  We kindly ask you not to rely on these messages as we cannot be held responsible for phone or network issues in the event that you do not receive these messages. 

 

Please note: it is an automated system and can only receive "YES" or "NO" responses, no personal messages.

If you call to reschedule when we are closed, the salon phones could go to voicemail, please leave a message, and the salon will action your request as per the date of your message.

Please do not cancel appointments via our Support Office as it is unlikely these messages will reach the salon in time and you are at risk of being changed a cancellation fee. 

 

In line with our customer satisfaction guarantee, if there are any problems with your service, it must be reported within 1 (one) week of the original service by a phone call or in-person to the Salon Manager/Owner. All redos must be within seven days of the original service. 

 

All prices include GST. All prices are subject to variation without notice. To obtain a quote, please schedule a complimentary consultation. Prices quoted via social media or email are only estimates.
